TAXI DRIVER(1976) REVIEW

RATING: 4.5/5 STARS

    Honestly one of the best movies I have ever watched. The beautiful score by Bernard Herrmann complements the cinematography in a way I have never seen in a movie. The character of Travis Bickle is one who is written well as he is a jaded yet slightly optimistic person. Scorsese does not miss a beat in this movie; he makes watching this movie an experience I would recommend to anyone. Despite all of the positives, the movie struggles with pacing and some scenes can drag along.
